Biography
Jacqueline Martinez is the Managing Partner of Alaris Acquisitions, an M&A advisory firm exclusively dedicated to the wealth management industry. Alaris executes a mission to disrupt the traditional sell-side transaction advisory process by focusing on cultural fit rather than the typical financial auction.
This conviction stems from her years on United Capital’s M&A team, where the firm added $10.5B in acquisitions in the five years leading up to its 2019 sale to Goldman Sachs. After two years at GS, she joined Allen Darby at Alaris, where they led the team through 50 closed acquisitions in a three-year span with many of the nation’s top wealth management firms. In recognition of her leadership in culture-first M&A, Martinez was named M&A Executive of the Year in Wealth Solutions Report’s Pathfinder Awards – Top Women Industry Leaders of 2025 and was selected by WealthManagement.com among its “Ten to Watch” in 2025. As co-host of the podcast The Buyer’s Boardroom, she shares practical insights and best practices to help sellers and buyers execute successful, culture-aligned transactions.
